Group Reformer Classes (view pricing):
The Reformer is the most popular Pilates machine. Consisting of springs, pulleys, and a sliding bench, its proper use produces a whole body workout that emphasizes core stability, balance, coordination, strength, and endurance. Because our Group Reformer classes are very small (3 participants only), the instructor is able to ensure that each participant is using proper form and is appropriately challenged. Each Group Reformer class runs for 5 weeks.
Level One Reformer: This is a beginner class. The Basic Pilates Principles and Essential Reformer exercises will be taught over a 5-week period. Previous Pilates experience in mat work is highly recommended.
Level Two Reformer: This is a beginner/intermediate class. The full Essential Reformer exercises will be mastered. The intermediate exercises will be introduced on day one to further challenge your strength, balance, and coordination. Level One Reformer is required.
