A Note on Private/Semi-Private Sessions: We also offer Private (one-on-one) and Semi-private (two student) sessions. A certified Pilates instructor will work closely with you, personalizing a workout plan to help you achieve your personal fitness goals. Private and semi-private sessions normally involve exercises utilizing Pilates equipment (Reformer/Chair/Barrels) and mat exercises. Private and semi-sessions are by appointment by phone (342-6600 in Invermere) or email. |
